At last, fianally, ENFIN !!! It's been ages! Since I became a pinterest addict, I was planning to try out one of those dinner rolls I used to see in my feed. 1- I have had only 3 hour tuition in my entire schooling (In maths). 2- I was born in INDIA and grew up in FRANCE since the age of 5. 3- One. Blueberry Muffins - Experiment

This is a must have recipe in your repertoire ! You wont believe how EASY it is. Another point I really liked about this recipe is that you only need a fork to mix ! No time spent on cleaning a hand mixer and any other utensils. Thumbs UP ! Here I'm sharing the recipe I followed. I would also recommend you to follow the YouTube channel. Why ? Straight to the point. No useless " bla bla ", nor even a background music, when I am in hurry this is exactly what I look for. Les amis, here is my small take on this recipe. Added 1 tbsp vanilla essence. Because the original recipe uses brown sugar, it's very MILD . If you want to emphasis the sweetness go for regular white sugar. I added 100gr of butter instead of 55gr. You try and let me know how you did. ;) Unlike the muffins you buy, the berries are, how to say, a bit gluey. The reason ? Well I think it's because this recipe uses fresh blueberries.
