Full Meal : Lentils, Tamil Naadu Style Chicken Masala and Tindora

THREE accompaniments for rice that can be made really fast. For the first time I'm sharing a FULL MEAL . It's really easy and I'll share why I have been able to make with less effort than. Here are the answers: 1 > Pre-cooked lentils 2 > 1 tempering for 2 curries 3 > cooking chicken in a pressure cooker Kerala Style Lentil Curry Like having boiled potato in your fridge, having cooked dhal (lentils) can make your LIFE much easier, especially if you are a rice eater like my hubby and I. ;) For sure I prefer to have FRESH food, and I'm more than proud to say that most of the time my fridge is EMPTY as I cook every day, and the needed quantity only. Fresh food, NO waste : happy me ! :) But when I make dhal, I sometime make some extra and freeze it. That allows me to use it later when I'm in HURRY , it is also perfect to consume less power. At last, fianally, ENFIN !!! It's been ages! Since I became a pinterest addict, I was planning to try out one of those dinner rolls I used to see in my feed. For me, making your own bread or buns, was like an accomplishment, or something meant to be done by an experienced cook or by a lovely dedicated mommy who never complaints (errr...I am none of these - lol). Hey guys, A quick post for a spontaneously made video[ a bit chaotic too ]. 4th of November: w e were about to step out to Aminah's place for lunch and " driiiiing ": that was the door bell. The delivery I was hoping to receive: the clothes for her first birthday. One piece was for her birthday and the rest are things she lacked of in her wardrobe. This is the first time I am doing an online purchase from a high street fashion shop and I am totally satisfied in terms of delivery, packing, and the clothes. The pictures of the items were pretty close to reality. I am extremely happy with all the items, all look as great as on the website.
